Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design detailed plumbing drawings for a wide range of building types using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform system design calculations and select equipment such as sump pumps, sewage ejectors, and water heating systems.
• Prepare comprehensive design documents and manage specification writing and editing.
• Conduct code compliance research to ensure all designs meet local and state standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and perform site surveys.
• Provide construction administration support, including submittal reviews and RFI responses.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in plumbing design for various facility types.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office software.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering principles and local/state building codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• EIT or PE certification.
