BIM Specialist/Modeler (Revit)

Location: On-site in Tustin or San Diego, California, USA

Base salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop mechanical and plumbing engineering models at LOD 200, 300, and 350.
• Assist engineers and project managers with drawing sets, plans, details, and construction documents.
• Set up projects in Revit and develop families, parameters, schedules, templates, and project details.
• Provide guidance to engineers on detail development and coordinate project documentation.
• Support BIM and Digital Delivery initiatives by creating and maintaining BIM content.
• Coordinate with integrated design teams across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Technical college diploma or equivalent training in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering drafting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency with Revit platforms, families, parameters, and schedules.
• Proficiency with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat PDF.
• Knowledge of Dynamo.
