What you will do

• Develop Mechanical and Plumbing engineering models (LOD 200, 300, 350) for design drawings and construction documents.
• Set up new projects in the Revit environment and develop customized templates, families, and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers to create precise drawing sets, plans, and technical details.
• Coordinate construction documents and potentially serve as a project coordinator.
• Support digital delivery initiatives by creating and maintaining organizational BIM content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tustin or San Diego, CA.
• Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering drafting.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency with Revit platforms, including families, parameters, and schedules.
• Proficiency with BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dynamo.
• Experience using Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat PDF.
