Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site in Northbrook, IL, Chicago, IL, or Raleigh, NC)

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Manage the architectural process from conceptualization to completion for multiple laboratory projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate MEP systems for labs to ensure they support specific testing and equipment requirements.
• Partner with construction and facility planning teams to create space plans, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain standard guidelines for testing laboratories and offices across the global portfolio.
• Create high-quality detailed blueprints and review existing building plans for existing footprints.
• Communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Enscape.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and general industry standards for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid (3 days on-site) in Northbrook, IL, Chicago, IL, or Raleigh, NC.

Nice to have

• Active architectural licensure.
• Experience in delivering alternative workplace solutions, remote management, and distributed workforce facilities.
