Location: Must be based in the United States (Anchorage, AK preferred; virtual workers must comply with remote work policies).

What you will do
- Partner with leadership to gather, validate, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and financial goals.
- Evaluate enterprise processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready insights and decision materials.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by facilitating high-impact stakeholder meetings and governance forums.
- Define analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
- Own the design, development, and governance of enterprise reports and dashboards to track performance and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
- At least 4 years of experience utilizing reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., SQL, BI, Excel).
- At least 4 years of end-to-end ownership of analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Expert-level ability to synthesize multiple data sources into cohesive, strategic insights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
