Client Manager, Insights (CPG): Leading the day-to-day insights partnership for a leading OTC and Personal Care manufacturer with an accent on translating complex consumer data into actionable growth opportunities. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in or be able to work onsite at least two days per week in New Providence, NJ
Salary: $83,700 - $100,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for client stakeholders across insights, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Transform complex NIQ data into compelling stories and executive-ready recommendations.
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks across OTC and Personal Care categories.
- Lead working sessions to translate business challenges into effective analytic approaches.
- Manage multiple client projects and deliverables ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate value-creating solutions for the client.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CPG, consumer insights, analytics, or consulting.
- Must be able to work onsite at least two days per week in New Providence, NJ.
- Experience with syndicated data including , Circana, RMS/POS, Panel, or Scan Data.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
