Salary: $130,000–$155,000 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to document detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze customer data from core policy administration and agent management systems to support platform integration.
- Monitor solution delivery progress to ensure implementations meet requirements and stay within agreed timelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for resolving delivery issues and challenges across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the quality assurance team to develop and execute test plans for delivered solutions.
- Create training materials and provide implementation support to ensure successful customer adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing or delivery roles.
- Must have experience in the life & annuity industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
