Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Train and coach new and tenured Territory Managers (TMs) during 2-3 day field visits in their territories.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify performance gaps and develop tailored training strategies.
• Onboard new hires and assist TMs in executing Plans of Action (POA) and other marketing/sales initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive verbal and written observation reports to highlight strengths and areas for development.
• Educate the sales force on ZOLL Selling Skills methodology and the professional sales cycle.
• Develop and lead regional training initiatives, including Integrity Behavioral Styles Training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, training, and/or mentoring.
• 2+ years of successful sales history.
• Dedicated coaching and training experience.
• Proven experience calling on physicians in office or hospital settings.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience working in a clinical environment.
• Experience in the medical products industry.
• Clinical knowledge of ECG interpretation, basic cardiac anatomy, and physiology.
