Salary: $130,000–$138,000 (base and at-plan target incentive)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for surgical workplace products, including forecasting, closing, and post-sales support.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote the full range of hirify.global equipment, training programs, and service contracts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate installation support for new and existing customers.
  • Analyze market opportunities and report sales data to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of medical device or capital sales experience, specifically with physicians and hospitals.
  • Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, strategic planning, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an Operating Room (OR) environment.
  • Proven track record of success in high-stakes medical capital equipment sales.
