Salary: $130,000–$138,000 (base and at-plan target incentive)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for surgical workplace products, including forecasting, closing, and post-sales support.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.
- Promote the full range of equipment, training programs, and service contracts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate installation support for new and existing customers.
- Analyze market opportunities and report sales data to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device or capital sales experience, specifically with physicians and hospitals.
- Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.
- Strong understanding of business concepts, strategic planning, and CRM tools.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding matrix environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an Operating Room (OR) environment.
- Proven track record of success in high-stakes medical capital equipment sales.
