What you will do

• Own and expand the paid acquisition engine across SEM, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
• Define and execute a paid marketing roadmap with clear ROI accountability and budget management.
• Lead martech infrastructure decisions and implement advanced measurement frameworks like MMM and incrementality testing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to optimize conversion quality and full-funnel lifecycle performance.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical growth team.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on growth strategy and marketplace dynamics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing leadership with a track record of scaling acquisition at significant spend levels.
• Experience hiring and leading growth marketing teams of 10+ people.
• Strong expertise in martech, attribution, incrementality testing, and privacy-preserving measurement.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in structured experimentation and A/B testing.
• Clear communication skills capable of translating complex performance data for executive stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
