What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ marketing science professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing activation to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee programmatic media strategy, optimizing audience selection and developing data-driven feedback loops.
- Lead marketing attribution efforts, including lift measurement and econometric modeling to guide budget allocation.
- Manage ad operations, ensuring privacy and legal compliance across all marketing activities.
- Implement Martech strategies and integrate AI tools to improve the efficiency of marketing data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related science field.
- 20+ years of experience in marketing science, value measurement, audience profiling, and performance media.
- Strong knowledge of statistics for marketing data interpretation and modeling.
- Experience in pipeline management and proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
