Senior Director/Vice President, Patient, HCP, and Payer Marketing (Medtech): Shaping the overall marketing strategy for near-term launch products and building a best-in-class marketing organization with an accent on pharmaceutical marketing and launch excellence. Focus on defining brand strategy, creating narratives to drive behavior change, and executing omnichannel growth campaigns for prescription digital therapeutics.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Boston, MA (Hybrid: at least 4 days in office each week)
Salary: $180,000 - $280,000 base + annual performance bonus and equity package

develops and commercializes FDA-regulated software as prescription medical treatments (Digital Therapeuticsβ’) utilizing AI and ML to address diverse therapeutic needs.
What you will do
- Own best-in-class marketing campaigns, including brand positioning, value propositions, and promotional messaging to drive effective brand strategies.
- Develop brand strategies through segmentation, unmet needs analysis, and competitive landscape intelligence for HCPs and payers.
- Execute omnichannel, growth, and DTC campaigns to prime the market for new treatment modalities.
- Oversee the development and approval of all promotional materials and the Payer Value Dossier for Market Access teams.
- Direct the strategy for patient assistance programs (PAPs), copay support, and navigation services.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on communications strategy and KOL engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required (MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors across Market Access, HCP Marketing, and Sales.
- Proven success leading multiple brand launches from pre-approval market shaping to post-launch pull-through.
- Deep understanding of the US payer landscape, including Medicaid and state government accounts.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams in high-growth environments.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of or experience with Digital Therapeutics (DTx) or Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDT).
- Experience in other commercial functions such as Field Sales, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Excellence.
