What you will do

• Lead a high-velocity A/B testing and web optimization program on hirify.global.com to drive conversion lift and KPIs.
• Execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to increase organic search visibility and AI-powered discoverability.
• Manage the continuous development of the website as a living product, overseeing page builds, design QA, and performance.
• Design, build, and ship landing pages and site experiences end-to-end directly within the platform.
• Implement event tracking, funnel analytics, and attribution frameworks to prove the website's contribution to the pipeline.
• Deploy AI agents and automation to enhance content, routing, and personalization workflows.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Technical fluency in Marketo, Tableau, and hirify.global platform.
• Proven expertise in technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Ability to design and run statistically rigorous experimentation programs.
• Strong capability to analyze intent data and distinguish signal from noise.
