Vice President Customer Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Leadership to act as the primary executive technical resource for strategic Fortune 500 customers to compress sales cycles.
• Architect production-grade AI and RAG solutions for complex, multi-cloud enterprise deployments.
• Serve as a public-facing key opinion leader by speaking at AI conferences and engaging with industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester.
• Translate market demands and security blockers from the field into prioritized product roadmap requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a top-tier engineering organization across full-stack, AI infrastructure, and MLOps disciplines.
• Oversee core codebase, cloud infrastructure topologies, and GPU budgets to maintain gross margin efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to command boardrooms and communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite buyers.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) and vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone).
• Deep experience with MLOps tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Kubeflow) and enterprise data pipelines (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark).
• Authoritative knowledge of deploying AI within regulated frameworks, including SOC 2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
• Proficiency in Python, Go or Rust for high-performance systems, and TypeScript/Node.js.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud topologies across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in hybrid-cloud settings.
