Director, Supply Chain and Distribution Enablement (Procurement)

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop and execute national distribution strategies, optimizing warehouses and 3PL partnerships to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Lead the P2P platform and catalog design, driving automation and data governance across procurement systems.
• Establish procurement compliance programs and manage internal controls for purchasing approvals and supplier onboarding.
• Direct supply chain sustainability efforts, including ethical sourcing and ESG reporting.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead a growing team across P2P operations, analytics, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, governance, or P2P systems.
• Strong knowledge of P2P/ERP systems, including workflow design and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and data governance.
• Experience with audit frameworks, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work in Mississauga, Canada under a hybrid model.

• Experience with food industry supply chain.
