TL;DR
Director, Supply Chain and Distribution Enablement (Procurement): Leading strategic supply chain, distribution, and P2P processes to improve operational efficiency and sustainability with an accent on systems governance and distribution network optimization. Focus on enhancing P2P platforms, driving ESG progress, and optimizing national warehouse and 3PL networks.
Location: Hybrid (Mississauga, ON, Canada)
Salary: CAD 150,000 - 160,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop and execute distribution strategies for national warehouses and 3PL partnerships to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Lead the P2P platform, catalog design, and approvals workflow to enhance procurement automation and data governance.
- Establish procurement compliance programs and manage internal controls for purchasing and supplier onboarding.
- Drive supply chain sustainability efforts, including ethical sourcing and ESG reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to elevate operational decision-making.
- Mentor and lead a growing team across P2P operations, compliance, and analytics.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work in Mississauga, ON, Canada (Hybrid)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, governance, supply chain enablement, or P2P systems.
- Proven experience leading transformation or governance programs in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of P2P/ERP systems, including workflow design and automation.
- Solid understanding of audit frameworks and internal compliance requirements.
