Sr. Inventory Specialist, Supply Chain (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end visibility, accuracy, and control of company-owned inventory across global locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S/4HANA, using cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution to achieve 99%+ accuracy.
• Monitor, audit, and reconcile material movements between laboratories, 3PLs, OSATs, and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee shipments, transfers, receipts, and returns with external partners and ensure timely ERP updates.
• Support prototypes, engineering samples, and NPI activities by ensuring reliable material availability.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve material flow and inventory processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of inventory modules in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, including 3PLs, contract manufacturing, and inventory consignment.
• Strong precision, analytical thinking, collaboration, and partner-management skills.
• Ability to uphold internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
