Salary: $185,000 - $218,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and architect new features in partnership with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Deliver performant, reliable, and secure code to support large-scale mortgage industry operations.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve product ambiguities and ship impactful solutions.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from feature design through production release.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues to maintain high system availability.
• Experiment with new product features using a data-driven approach to validate customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work from a hirify.global hub office 3+ days per week.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent education/training.
