What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend or fullstack solutions using Go, TypeScript, Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Participate collaboratively in the full product development cycle with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Design systems considering life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes.
• Contribute to raising engineering standards and improving customer experience.
• Work independently as a self-starter within a small, impact-driven team.

Requirements

• Location: Remote
• 5+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development with preferred experience in Go, TypeScript, Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, and AWS preferred but not required.
• Passion for financial inclusion and mobility.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice to have
