What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement with global system integrators to drive delivery excellence and practice transformation.
• Champion the adoption of modern delivery approaches, including Pega Blueprint, across partner organizations.
• Design and execute enablement programs to up-skill partner teams and embed best practices.
• Manage a strategic view of partner project health, identifying risks and coordinating support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Alliance, GTM, Sales, and Consulting teams to align on strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior delivery leaders and partner executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Demonstrable experience in delivery success, partner engagement, or strategic enablement within enterprise technology.
• Proven background working with large System Integrators or Consulting organizations.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills for engaging at the executive level.
• Strategic, programmatic mindset capable of driving change at scale in complex, matrixed environments.
• International experience and comfort working across diverse cultures.
