Principal Partner Delivery Success Manager

Location: Remote, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $171,000–$262,800 annually, with potential annual bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement with major systems integrator partners across the Americas and drive delivery excellence at a programmatic level.
• Champion modern delivery approaches, particularly Blueprint Delivered, across partner organizations.
• Design and lead enablement programs that embed best practices into partner delivery methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Build trusted relationships with senior delivery leaders and partner executives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Monitor partner project health, identify risks early, and coordinate appropriate support.
• Collaborate with Alliance, GTM, Sales, and Consulting teams on partner capacity, enablement needs, and regional priorities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in delivery success, partner engagement, or strategic enablement within enterprise technology.
• Experience working with large systems integrators or consulting organizations and understanding enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic and programmatic thinking, with the ability to drive change at scale without focusing on operational details.
• International experience and comfort working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience in technical delivery enablement programs is advantageous.
