Salary: $125K – $150K

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of deployments for ASV platforms, HavocControl software, and HavocCloud products.
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure operational readiness and system performance in the field.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers to align hirify.global technology with their specific mission objectives and constraints.
• Translate field feedback and customer workflows into actionable product insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption and high performance of the systems.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across business development, finance, legal, and technical operations teams.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Based in or willing to relocate to North Kingstown, RI.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for field deployments and customer engagements.
• Experience leading operational deployments of complex technical systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in maritime operations, unmanned systems, or defense technology.
• Military or government operational experience.
• Familiarity with fielding, training, or sustaining hardware/software systems in operational environments.
• Ability to translate operational needs into engineering requirements.
