What you will do

• Build and own a predictable, data-driven field marketing engine to accelerate sales success in Mexico.
• Develop integrated, full-funnel programs including events, digital campaigns, and account-based initiatives to generate measurable pipeline.
• Partner closely with Mexico sales leadership to co-create territory and account plans.
• Optimize lead management performance, focusing on speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and follow-up quality.
• Manage marketing investments using attribution and performance data to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2–4 years specifically in field marketing with pipeline accountability.
• Proven track record of building marketing-sourced pipeline in partnership with direct sales and SDR/XDR teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and marketing automation platforms for campaign and lead management.
• Strong analytical skills for conversion analysis, pipeline reporting, and budget optimization.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field programs within Mexico and occasionally across the Americas.
