What you will do

• Provide engineering support for integrated DOEs, NPIs, and process characterizations during the night shift.
• Manage daily lot execution and respond to process issues to ensure seamless 24/7 factory velocity.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop materials and equipment to meet quality and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop processes aligned with technology roadmaps.
• Leverage big data analysis to identify design weaknesses and propose data-driven corrective solutions.
• Author technical specifications, BKMs, and white papers for implementation through change control boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 1+ years of experience with manufacturing processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of the semiconductor packaging process.
• Experience owning process tools with knowledge of SPC, PCS, and statistical design of experiments (DOE).
• Experience in defect characterization and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to effectively communicate investigation findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
