What you will do

• Manage area performance, staffing, and priorities to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize factory output and tool availability.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics such as utilization, cycle time, scrap, and cost.
• Drive root cause analysis for scrap containment and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems including PM, SPC, FDC, 5S, and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Develop training matrices and cross-training plans for personnel while managing direct reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of SPC, FDC systems, and 5S methodologies.
• Strong track record of tactical decision-making and team leadership/mentoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• BS degree in a related field is preferred.
