P2P Data & Automation Analyst (Finance)

Location: San Francisco, California; candidates in other locations will also be considered

Salary: $148,800–$255,750 USD annually, depending on pay zone

What you will do

• Own procure-to-pay subprocesses end to end, including intake-to-PO, invoice exceptions, supplier onboarding, and expense workflows.
• Translate operational pain points into governed requirements, solution designs, and certified Finance data products.
• Design, deploy, and scale workflow automations across ZIP, SAP, NetSuite, expense platforms, and BrickBuy, including AI-assisted triage and exception resolution.
• Build P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics covering cycle time, first-pass yield, policy compliance, automation coverage, and adoption.
• Lead training, communications, feedback loops, and change management to drive adoption across requesters, approvers, and P2P operations.
• Prioritize the Procurement automation backlog, maintain the roadmap, and coordinate with Procurement Operations, Finance Data, CIO, and managed services partners.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or operations within P2P, procurement, or finance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python or equivalent, workflow or integration tooling, and dashboarding or BI.
• Working knowledge of ERP, procurement orchestration, expense management, transaction, approval, and master-data flows.
• Experience with data governance, certified data sources, quality standards, access controls, audit requirements, and SOX controls.
• Demonstrated experience driving adoption through training, communications, champion networks, and adoption metrics.
• Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills across operational and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Databricks platform and applying LLM or AI tooling to business workflows.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity organization.
• Prosci, ADKAR, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
