What you will do

• Own P2P sub-processes end-to-end, including process mapping, baseline metrics, and redesign.
• Translate business pain points into structured requirements and solution designs within the Finance Data Strategy framework.
• Deploy automations, including AI/LLM-assisted triage and auto-routing, within SAP, NetSuite, and ZIP.
• Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics to track cycle time and policy compliance.
• Drive user adoption through role-based training, enablement, and clear launch communications.
• Manage the automation intake and backlog, prioritizing requests based on value, effort, and risk.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or finance operations within P2P or procurement.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI/dashboarding tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or NetSuite) and procurement orchestration platforms (ZIP).
• Experience operating within a data governance framework, including audit and SOX considerations.
• Proven track record in change management and driving adoption of new tools or processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building on the Databricks platform and applying LLM/AI tooling to business workflows.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity organizations across multiple geographies.
• Formal certifications in Prosci, ADKAR, Lean, or Six Sigma.
