Forward Deployed Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, with a West Coast focus

Salary: US base salary $95,000–$140,000 annually; Canada base salary CA$115,000–CA$170,000 annually. Equity and bonuses are also offered.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products.
• Support clients throughout onboarding and provide end-to-end technical guidance.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on product capabilities.
• Manage timelines, project quality, risks, and deliverables across multiple implementations.
• Share customer and product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Strong integration, automation, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving deliverables to completion.
• Experience with SQL queries, JSON payload analysis, OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting tools such as Bash, Python, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
