Specialist, Systems & Analytics (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Serve as the SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert for supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and master data.
• Lead process improvement, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting solutions, and executive-level insights using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SAP analytics tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions in partnership with Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Support automation, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Guide and mentor global analysts and support teams without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain systems, SAP, analytics, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience across materials management, production planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and a programming language such as Python.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SAP IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
• Experience in global manufacturing, supply chain operations, or Battery Energy Storage Systems.
