Staff Product Analyst (Finance Technologies)

Annual base salary: $132,000–$181,500 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Accounting stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive functional architecture, configuration, and optimization for Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba.
• Map end-to-end data flows, automated banking file transfers, and API-based integrations.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, user acceptance testing, release management, and post-implementation support.
• Establish system controls, audit trails, and data governance standards supporting SOX compliance.
• Design and build GenAI and MCP integrations with financial systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst focused on solutioning, analysis, and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including e-procurement, invoice processing, and treasury operations.
• Hands-on functional expertise with Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and Kyriba Pay.
• Experience with program scoping, process mapping, executive stakeholder management, data mapping, and multi-currency accounting logic.
• Understanding of BAI2, ISO 20022, SOX controls, and financial security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI and MCP on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Certifications in Coupa, NetSuite, or Treasury, including CTP, PMI-PBA, or CBAP.
