Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000 - $200,000/year

What you will do
- Partner with sales, operations, marketing, and service teams to translate needs into system capabilities and process improvements.
- Lead analysis and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and integrated platforms.
- Support sales processes including lead/opportunity management, territory alignment, quoting, and rep productivity.
- Design and improve Field Inventory Management workflows, integrations with ERP, and operational processes.
- Define requirements, user stories, process maps; collaborate on design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Enhance user experience with simplified workflows, Flows, reporting, dashboards, and emerging AI capabilities like Agentforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in business administration/IT or related + 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst with cloud CRM platforms.
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience; familiarity with Marketing Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals: data/security models, page layouts, reporting, Flows.
- Experience with commercial processes: campaigns, leads, opportunities, territories, sales ops.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, stakeholder management, analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Nice to have
- Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI workflows exposure.
- ERP/MDM/CPQ integrations, SQL queries, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Field Inventory Management, regulated industry (med devices/pharma) experience.
- Salesforce Admin, Scrum/Agile, PMP certifications.
