Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD base salary per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Administer and support finance applications across procurement, accounts payable, financial planning and analysis, consolidation and close, travel and expenses, and treasury.
• Maintain platform stability, resolve support tickets end to end, and keep end-user documentation current.
• Lead the systems side of implementations and upgrades from requirements gathering through testing, business sign-off, and post-launch support.
• Test releases and advise finance leadership on system capabilities and limitations.
• Own user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across finance applications.
• Support external auditors by providing system records and evidence of user access and changes.

Requirements

• Experience administering finance applications outside the ERP across procurement, planning, close, expense, and treasury functions.
• Experience administering integrations between finance systems, including monitoring failures and maintaining data consistency.
• Experience supporting external audits from the systems side, including producing access and change evidence.
• Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance requirements in mind.
• Experience managing support queues across multiple systems with competing priorities.
• Willingness to stay current with product releases and take ownership of new applications.
