What you will do

• Build and improve infrastructure for lead identification, routing, nurturing, and conversion.
• Develop and optimize billing systems, CPQ flows, and RevOps integrations.
• Evolve Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture for increased flexibility.
• Enable Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to apply AI across their funnels.
• Create a unified lead funnel spanning landing pages, lifecycle messaging, and sales workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and RevOps to ensure growth engine reliability and visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of shipping impactful software solutions.
• Strong data fluency and ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Experience with CRM systems, modern tooling (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Salesforce), and AI.
• Ability to handle technical complexity and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
