What you will do

• Own the full growth roadmap: signup, onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and in-product expansion into AI product lines.
• Build and run a high-tempo experimentation practice, distinguishing signal from noise.
• Design how customers discover and adopt new products inside hirify.global, partnering with PMs for each product line.
• Develop growth models, experiment standards, and playbooks so other teams can ship growth work independently.
• Bring strategic input to pricing and packaging decisions alongside product, marketing, and finance.
• Translate customer and data insights into company-wide actions across the full customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• US-based applicants only; no visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years in Product with direct experience leading growth in B2B SaaS using free trial or freemium motion.
• Hands-on with data: define metrics, design experiments, and interpret results accurately.
• Outcome-oriented thinking (e.g., activated teams, expansion revenue) and ability to build reusable systems, not only one-off wins.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of product craft (research synthesis, strategy testing, rapid prototyping, customer signal analysis).
• Excellent writing and ability to lead through influence as an individual contributor.
