What you will do

• Act as the primary HSE expert and consultant for project site teams and clients.
• Assess safety culture and verify consistent enforcement of HSE Programs.
• Identify safety gaps in work plans and collaborate with Operations and Quality departments to implement changes.
• Coach project leaders and leadership personnel in technical safety training.
• Advise site leadership on current and potential jobsite exposures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction safety leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
