Compensation Range: $62,700 - $94,100 USD

What you will do

• Conduct on-site residential home energy assessments and diagnostic testing for data collection and quality verification.
• Coordinate with program teams and contractors to ensure timely and compliant installation of energy efficiency measures.
• Lead community outreach efforts to increase awareness and participation in residential energy programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, non-profits, municipalities, and schools.
• Develop strategies for generating customer leads and conduct targeted outreach to underserved communities.
• Communicate technical energy-saving information and program benefits to lower and moderate-income customers.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in home performance, energy efficiency, inspections, or in-home customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation for frequent travel throughout Clackamas County.
• Ability to work in residential environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and variable field conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of residential building systems, HVAC, and energy efficiency measures.
• BPI certification or the ability to obtain one.
