Salary: $145,000 — $181,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the team responsible for LIMS administration, support, and configuration.
• Partner with lab and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Ensure LIMS platforms comply with regulatory, quality, privacy, and data integrity requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, validation, implementation, and release management.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and scalability.
• Manage vendors and integrate LIMS with lab instruments and other business-critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering or managing LIMS platforms in regulated laboratory environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical or business systems teams.
• Proven track record of leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, or significant integration projects.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, sample lifecycle management, and data processes.
• Experience working with system validation and change control practices in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related discipline.
• Experience with Labbit or other laboratory workflow and sample management platforms.
• Background in molecular diagnostics, genomics, or oncology testing.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and laboratory automation initiatives.
