What you will do

• Lead laboratory technology support and continuous evolution across the Seattle site.
• Act as the primary Research Site Partner, capturing site requirements and routing them into the cross-functional platform backlog.
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant technology operations within GxP and SOX-regulated environments.
• Manage the site's annual operating budget, including financial planning, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Oversee a portfolio of programs, platform releases, and enhancements to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent through direct people-management accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA (Hybrid or On-site).
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology platforms and support organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise operating within GxP- and SOX-regulated environments.
• Experience as a product owner or business relationship manager, translating ambiguous input into prioritized backlog items.
• Deep understanding of cyber security, ITSM, ITIL, and system lifecycle practices.
