What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams (10–15 engineers) in delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software products.
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Manage team performance and success through KPIs such as velocity, quality, availability, and customer impact.
• Build a high-talent culture through active hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Own operational health, including uptime, incident response, and compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing multiple teams and product areas.
• Proven experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Track record of delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).
• Experience managing remote-first and globally distributed teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
