What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for Data Products, focusing on canonical data modeling and ingestion scalability.
• Manage and optimize clinical data ingestion pipelines to improve data coverage and freshness targets.
• Scale customer data onboarding processes and continuously improve data hygiene and observability.
• Drive the adoption of an AI-powered SDLC, leveraging AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering and cross-functional leaders in Product, Data Science, and Design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with high-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in interoperability standards, specifically FHIR and CCDA.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong operational understanding of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity.
• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify company).
