What you will do

• Manage a focused portfolio of for-profit accounts, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from pipeline to success.
• Drive growth through new adoptions and digital expansion using Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Lead course setup and deliver live training for customers, providing LTI 1.3 support for LMS Admins.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to align on strategy and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience in higher education publishing (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and MS Office.
• Experience with LMS platforms and LTI integrations.
• Ability to travel approximately 5–10% annually.
