What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic build configurations aligned with operational goals.
• Develop and execute unit, integrated, and UAT test plans to ensure system reliability.
• Manage system implementations, upgrades, and release coordination for Epic and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7, FHIR, and other exchange workflows to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide go-live support, incident management, and root-cause analysis to meet established SLAs.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC practices, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Current Epic Certification in relevant modules (HB, PB, Cadence, etc.).
• Experience with SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, or SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
