What you will do

• Design, configure, and support Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface production issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operational teams on integration planning and workflow improvements.
• Lead workflow and dataflow discussions and manage related requirement changes.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and maintenance requests.
• Mentor junior Interface Analysts and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for a W-2 contract in the United States.
• 7+ years of applicable work experience, including at least 3 years of recent experience in Healthcare.
• Expertise with healthcare industry standard messaging formats (HL7, XML, ANSI x12).
• Experience with EPIC Tapestry (Utilization Management, Case Management, Appeals, etc.).
• Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf certifications (or ability to obtain them within 6 months of hire).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or 5 years of additional relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Common Spec/DINE experience.
• Ability to create and optimize SQL queries in EPIC Clarity.
• Experience with EPIC Cogito or Caboodle Data Model.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Provider/Payer shared instance environments.
