VP, Finance

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $300,000–$375,000 USD annually, plus equity; an annual bonus may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team on growth, investments, resource allocation, pricing, monetization, products, markets, and partnerships.
• Own fundraising, debt and liquidity strategy, M&A, strategic transactions, investor relationships, and Board reporting.
• Lead quarterly forecasting, long-range financial modeling, scenario analysis, and the operating cadence across the business.
• Develop metrics and frameworks covering revenue, margins, customer economics, pricing, payment economics, and cash flow.
• Build the Finance organization, systems, processes, data infrastructure, controls, and scalable reporting capabilities.
• Modernize Finance through AI and automation while partnering with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a related field.
• Significant experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or similarly complex companies.
• Hands-on experience with valuation, transaction execution, capital markets, three-statement modeling, unit economics, cash flow, and capital allocation.
• Experience building financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical infrastructure in rapidly scaling environments.
• Experience communicating financial performance and strategy to investors, Boards, lenders, executive teams, and partners.
• Experience building and developing high-performing Finance teams with strong commercial judgment and execution.
