Senior Director - Business Finance (Medtech)

Location: Remote - US. Occasional travel to key operations sites and other company locations is required.

Estimated pay range: $206,000.00–$268,000.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the Commercial Finance and Operations Finance organizations, developing senior finance leaders and setting operating standards.
• Own the integrity, transparency, and accuracy of integrated forecasts covering revenue, cost of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital investments.
• Partner with executives and Corporate FP&A on business outlooks, enterprise planning, performance gaps, risks, and resource allocation.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives that improve analytical capacity, decision support, governance, and organizational scalability.
• Define data, reporting, analytics, business rules, and controls for Commercial and Operations Finance use cases, including Snowflake-based reporting.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, organizational change, and consistent external and internal financial narratives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with a master’s degree, including substantial Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or business FP&A leadership.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience developing finance leaders and building high-performing teams through others.
• Experience owning integrated forecasts, forecast accuracy, scalable processes, governance, financial modeling, and cross-functional transformation.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare services, or medtech, including public-company, audit, and SOX-compliant processes.
• Strong executive presence, analytical judgment, communication skills, and experience operating in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

• Experience with QAD or a comparable manufacturing ERP platform.
• Experience integrating acquired businesses, supporting new products, or working with globally distributed teams or shared-service organizations.
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable capabilities across people, process, data, technology, and organizational design.
