Senior Trust and Safety Manager (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Lead discovery to identify risk blind spots and define the Trust & Safety program scope.
• Develop the roadmap for immediate safety fixes and long-term initiatives.
• Author internal policies, emergency response workflows, and incident investigation standards.
• Evaluate and deploy safety hardware such as panic buttons and body cameras.
• Create and manage a field education library and training program.
• Partner with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure compliance with data collection and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk, or corporate security.
• 2+ years of experience owning programs or leading people.
• Proven track record of building a function from the ground up.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping, injury response, and workers’ compensation.
• Experience handling PII/PHI and partnering with Legal/Privacy on employee monitoring.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, home health, or logistics (lone worker environments).
• Familiarity with lone-worker safety tech (GPS check-ins, dashcams).
• Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OHST.
• Experience with LMS curriculum development.
