What you will do

• Lead implementation of medium-to-large projects with cross-functional teams of 3–30+ resources.
• Manage delivery relationships with enterprise clients and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Develop financial reporting dashboards and track project health, risks, and issues.
• Identify and implement methods to capture benefit metrics and business cases.
• Support project leadership in financial oversight and invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate diverse teams including AI engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of project/program management experience in consulting or systems integration.
• 1–3+ years of experience leading Google CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, or CCaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale CX and AI-enabled modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
