What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Manage project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and revenue forecasting.
• Develop and groom product backlogs in JIRA while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans, roadmaps, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Analyze project data to create dashboards and visualizations for improved decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate project scope, schedule, and costs.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital agencies.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Experience managing both fixed-price and time & materials projects.
• Strong technical background with experience in Agile methodologies and POD structures.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce, specifically with composable or headless platforms like Shopify.
