What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budget tracking, risk management, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate parallel project workstreams across technology, partnership, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, risk registers, governance materials, and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal sponsors and external international partners.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and monitor project success indicators.
• Support change management activities within the established project management framework.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project planning for complex, cross-functional international initiatives.
• Experience managing digital platforms, software applications, or data products involving diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Public Health, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with public health, epidemiology, health informatics, or bioinformatics.
• Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools or data-driven decision-support capabilities.
