What you will do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the C-Suite on human capital, organizational design, and workforce strategy.
- Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS.
- Develop and execute comprehensive workforce plans aligned with aggressive organic growth and acquisition integration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, with specific expertise in California employment law.
- Build and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to support a broad talent pipeline.
- Own succession planning and leadership development to build organizational depth and resilience.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources management as a strategic business partner.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or MBA.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and experience managing across organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
