Vice President, Global Human Resources (HR Strategy): Leading the global HR function and aligning people strategy with business priorities for a communications technology provider with an accent on organizational design, M&A integration, and scalable HR operations. Location: U.S.-based. May be performed remotely, with a strong preference for hybrid work from Dallas, TX, Horsham, PA, or Lowell, MA.
Salary: $225,000–$250,000

What you will do
- Lead a comprehensive HR and people strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
- Serve as the primary HR partner to executive leadership, advising on organizational design and workforce strategy.
- Manage M&A activities, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.
- Drive a consistent, scalable HR operating model and optimize the HCM system and HR data management.
- Lead the end-to-end talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruiting, and performance management.
- Oversee global compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and performance-driven.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading multifunctional or global HR teams.
- Deep generalist expertise across HRBP, benefits, compensation, talent management, and HR technology.
- Experience with M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
