VP, Human Resources (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with in-office expectations of 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Own the full HR function, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Culture and Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
• Build HR strategy, programs, playbooks, and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Partner with the executive team and CFO on people priorities, hiring, vendors, and policies.
• Lead HR automation and process improvements using systems such as Rippling.
• Develop HR leadership and improve engagement, time-to-hire, attrition, retention, compensation, and benefits outcomes.
• Support organizational security and compliance controls within the HR function.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HR leadership in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Denver environment with approximately 2 days per week in the office.
• Experience across mature organizations and leaner, smaller environments.
• Broad experience in HR Business Partnerships, Payroll, Culture and Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
• Track record of building HR strategy and improving engagement, time-to-hire, and attrition metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or MBA and experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multi-state, compliance-heavy environment.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification.
