What you will do

• Drive market creation and execute growth strategies within the UK Transport sector.
• Build and maintain deep trusted advisor relationships with client CXOs.
• Originate, shape, and convert strategic consulting opportunities with revenue targets of £12-15m per annum.
• Lead the design and oversight of complex digital transformation engagements to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop future consulting leaders and foster a culture of curiosity and innovation.
• Represent the company externally with industry bodies, analysts, and senior government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of selling and executing complex projects in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
• Strong industry focus in the Public Sector, specifically the UK Transport sector.
• Expertise in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and driving revenue growth.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Education sector.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for creating polished consulting deliverables.
