What you will do

• Develop strategic relationships with key retail banking clients and drive revenue growth through account expansion and new business acquisition.
• Lead executive-level client engagements and strategic workshops for C-suite executives.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-value client engagements ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and project teams to build internal capability.
• Contribute to the design of new service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, or market intelligence.
• Deep expertise in retail banking across lending, deposits, payments, digital banking, and customer operations.
• Proven success managing senior stakeholder relationships at the Executive or C-suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
